Please be informed that the Accountant General's Department of Malaysia (AG) has never appointed any individual or party as an agent to manage claims for Unclaimed Moneys (WTD) on behalf of the public. The public is advised not to engage any third-party services or individuals offering agent services for matters related to WTD because:

• WTD claims are free of charge and can be made directly by the owner through the official portal: https://egumis.anm.gov.my

• AG does not impose any fees for checking or claiming WTD. Any personal information provided to unauthorized parties may be misused for fraudulent purposes.
